摘 要:在预先装入固态AlF3的密封熔炼炉中,研究了熔炼温度和炉内空气量对金属镁保护效果的影响,并对表面膜形貌、成分和成分分布进行了研究。研究结果表明,试验温度(≤800℃)下,熔炼温度和气氛中空气含量不影响金属镁的保护效果,金属镁很好被保护,熔炼温度和气氛中空气含量对表面膜成分和成分分布也没有明显影响;表面膜由MgF2区和MgF2+Al混合区域构成;所有表面膜致密,胞团直径小于0.5μm。固态AlF3在熔炼温度下蒸汽压高,汽化产物与金属镁反应生成MgF2和金属铝。The effects of holding temperature and air content in the atmosphere on the protection of magnesium were investigated in a sealed furnace enclosed solid AIF3 before the experiments. The morphology, ingredients, and ingredient distribution of the surface film were also studied. The results showed that the Mg specimens were well protected at all experimental temperatures ( ≤800℃ ) , holding temperature and air content in the atmosphere have no influence on the protection of magnesium, they also have no obvious influence on the composition of the surface film and its distribution in the surface film; All the surface films are made up of MgF2 zone and MgF2 +Al mixed zone, their morphology was a compact cellular structure with a smaller diameter than 0.5μm.
