摘　　要：通过对高炉炼铁除尘器的旋风子外壳的工作条件和非标高铬白口抗磨铸铁的研究,掌握了该材质的性能特点,以及在试生产中取得铸造工艺参数和熔炼参数,应用该材质成功地生产了高炉炼铁除尘器的旋风子外壳。With our research of the working condition for cyclone unit shell which is used on blast furnace dust remover and the nonstandard of abrasion resistant high chromium white cast iron, we mastered the characters of this material. Also we produced the furnace cyclone unit shell successfully with this material based on the foundry technical parameters and molten parameters which are obtained from our trial-produces.
