摘　　要：本文首先介绍了基于PON的语音业务的几种实现方式,通过比较分析得出软交换方式是性价比最高的方式,然后分析了影响基于PON的语音业务应用的关键因素,对PON的技术特点对不同用户之间语音业务互通的影响进行了重点分析,同时还分析了ONU断电后无法打电话的问题和PON与NGN平台的互通问题等,并针对上述主要问题,提出了切实可行的解决方案。Several realization modes of voice service based on PON are firstly presented in this article, by comparing and analyzing, cost performance of using soft switch mode is the topmost. Key factors of influencing the application of voice service based on PON are analyzed, and the study on the interoperability of voice service among different users for the technical characteristic effect of PON is emphasized. The problems of being unable to call after ONU culrent failure and the problems of platform interoperability between PON and NGN are also analyzed, and operable solution to the above problems is put forward.
