摘 要:建立了一种利用反相高效液相色谱-蒸发光散射检测的方法测定茶叶中的乐果残留,色谱柱是C18反相柱,流动相为乙腈-水(体积比为1∶1),流速为1.0mL/min;蒸发光散射检测器漂移管温度92.5℃,载气流速2.5L/min。乐果色谱峰面积的自然对数与质量浓度的自然对数呈良好的线性关系,茶叶中乐果检测的精密度RSD为2.45%,回收率为99.33%,茶叶中乐果的出峰时间为2min左右,乐果的检出限为0.04ng。An analytical method was developed for determining dimethoate residues in tea by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) with evaporative light-scatter detector. Chromatographic analysis was carried out on a Alltima C 18 column with acetonitrile plus water(1:1, by vol)as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min. The drift tube temperature and nitrogen carriers gas flow rate of ELSD were set at 92.5 ℃ and 2.5 L/rain, respectively. The correlation coefficient was good with r^2=0.9998. For the detection of dimethoate in tea samples, the standard deviation was 2.45 %, the average recovery was 99.33 %, the limit line of dimethoate was 0.04 ng and the run time of dimethoate was approximately two minutes.
