12%哒·异丙烟剂对温室粉虱的生物活性

摘　　要：温室粉虱是设施蔬菜、观赏花卉的主要害虫之一。实验室内进行了哒螨灵、异丙威对温室粉虱的多配组生物活性测定,筛选出3%与9%组配增效明显,LC50值为67.1998mg/kg,共毒系数为125.22。应用12%哒·异丙烟剂(FU)630～720ga.i./hm2于温室黄瓜上烟熏处理,药后1d对温室粉虱控制效果高达93.23%～97.60%,药后7d尚维持在81.51%～84.08%;且对蚜虫、螨类有较好效果。Greenhouse whitefly is one of the key pest on vegetable and flower in Tianjin greenhouse. This bioassay tested the effect of different matched group of Pyridaben and isoprocarb controlling vegetable whitefly in lab. The synergy effect of the 3%＋9% matched group was the best after filtration, and the LC50 was 67.1998 mg/kg, the CTC was 125.22. The further test in greenhouse to control whitefly on cucumber indicate that effect after ld utilized can reach to 93.23 to 97.60%, and maintain at 81.51 to 84.08% after 7 d utilized, in addition, this dosage also controlled the aphid and spider mite.
