摘　　要：在用变分法求解出圆柱芯棒轧管时变形区内金属的三维位移和应变函数的基础上,进一步采用塑性流动理论求解轧管变形区内的应力·并对计算公式进行了实验验证。为研究轧管生产中一系列具体工艺问题提供了一种方法。Based on the three-dimentional displacement and strain functions for metals of the deformation zone in tube rolling with cylindrical mandrels, which are solved using variational methods, the stress in the deformation zone is calculated by the plastic flow theory of metals, and the calculating formulas are proved by experiments, which offers a method for solving process problems in tube rolling.
