资源枯竭型城市劳动力向现代农业转移规律——主要基于对辽宁省阜新市的调查

摘　　要：以对阜新市的调查为基础,探讨了资源枯竭型城市经济转型的问题,认为阜新市安置下岗失业矿工再就业最具有特色的渠道是发展现代农业。指出阜新市的这种做法是资源枯竭型城市解决就业问题的一条新途径、新规律,值得其他同类城市借鉴。Basing on the investigation on Fuxin, Liaoning Province, the economic transition of resourceexhausted cities is discussed. It is considered that the characteristic way of it in reemployment of unemployed miner is developing modem agriculture. It is pointed out that the modus in Fuxin is a new method of solving the unemployment problem in resource-exhausted city, which can be for other cities＇ reference.
