摘  要:采用本体聚合工艺,在反应温度70~71℃、压力3.0~3.1 MPa、时间2 h条件下进行实验,测试了催化剂X1、X2、进口催化剂TK260、国产催化剂YH842与3种外给电子体组合所制备的聚合物的结晶性能;讨论了外给电子体、Al/Si对催化剂活性、聚合物结晶性能的影响;指出外给电子体的种类及Al/Si是制备高结晶聚丙烯(HCPP)的关键因素。与其他催化剂相比,催化剂X1具有较高的中后期反应活性;X1与外给电子体Y组合,且Al/Si为300/(60~80)时可得到HCPP产品。By using the technical process of bulk polymerization, the experiment was carried out to produce polypropylene at 70-71℃and the pressure of 3.0-3.1 MPa for 2 hours, which tested the crystallized properties of polypropylene by separately using the combination of catalyst X1 ,catalyst X2,import catalyst TK260,domestic catalyst YH842 with three other kinds of outer-donors. Then the effects of the series of outer-donors and the ratio of Al/Si on catalyst activity and the crystallized properties of polypropylene were discussed in this thesis. Furthermore it was indicated that the series of outer-donors and the ratio of Al/Si were the crucial factors in producing high-crystallized polypropylene(HCPP). Compared with other catalysts, catalyst X1 has a higher reaction activity during the medium or latter terms in this experiment. Therefore, when combining catalyst X1 with Y-Donor, and the ratio of Al/Si was 300/(60-80), the HCPP production could be obtained.
