摘  要:用原位悬浮聚合法制备了含Y2O3纳米粒子的聚苯乙烯(PS)(Y2O3-PS)杂化材料,考察了引发剂过氧化二苯甲酰(BPO)用量、Y2O3用量及表面修饰剂钛酸酯偶联剂含量等对Y2O3-PS杂化材料结构性能的影响。实验结果表明,Y2O3纳米粒子均匀地分散在PS基体中,在固定Y2O3和苯乙烯用量的情况下,Y2O3-PS杂化材料中Y2O3的实际含量随BPO用量的增加先增加后降低;在苯乙烯用量不变的情况下,Y2O3-PS杂化材料中Y2O3纳米粒子的包覆率随聚合初期Y2O3纳米粒子用量的增加而降低;在固定苯乙烯用量、改变BPO用量的情况下,钛酸酯偶联剂的含量对Y2O3-PS杂化材料中Y2O3纳米粒子的实际含量的影响很大。Nano -hybrid material (Y2O3 -PS )-polystyrene containing nano -Y2O3 was prepared by in - situ suspension polymerization of styrene on Y2O3 nano - particles, using benzoyl peroxide as initiator and titanate as surface modifying agent for Y2O3. The effects of initiator concentration, Y2O3 content in feed and titanate coupling agent dosage on structure and properties of the hybrid material were studied. Y2O3 nano -particles were homo -dispersed throughout PS basal body. Keeping dosages of Y2O3 and St unchanged, along with increase of initiator dosage, Y2O3 content in the hybrid material first increased and then decreased. Keeping monomer dosage unchanged, amount of wrapped Y2O3 in the hybrid material decreased with increase of Y2O3 dosage at beginning of polymerization. In the case of changing initiator dosage only, effect of titanate dosage on actual wrapped amount of Y2O3 in the hybrid material was dominant.
