摘 要:采用等体积浸渍法制备了MnOx/γ-Al2O3和MnOx-CeOx/γ-Al2O3催化剂。采用傅里叶变换红外光谱、X射线衍射技术对催化剂进行了表征,并考察了催化剂对炼油碱渣废水催化湿式氧化的活性。表征结果表明,反应前后催化剂的晶相发生变化,且反应后的催化剂吸附了有机物质。实验结果表明,使用10%MnOx/γ-Al2O3催化剂时,碱渣废水的化学需氧量(COD)去除率达到91.33%,催化剂重复使用2次后COD的去除率仍可达87.00%;使用10%MnOx-10%CeOx/γ-Al2O3催化剂时,碱渣废水的COD去除率可达92.50%,Mn3+的溶出量小于2mg/L。MnOx/γ-Al2O3 and MnOx-CeOx/γ-Al2O3 catalysts were prepared by isochoric impregnation, and were characterized by means of FTIR and XRD. Activities of the catalysts in wet air oxidation of high concentration alkali dregs waste water were investigated. Crystalline forms of the catalysts changed during oxidation. Some organic substances were adsorbed on the catalysts after oxidation. Removal rates of chemical oxygen demand (COD) in alkali dregs waste water reach 91.33% and 87.00% by using fresh 10% MnOx/γ-Al2O3 catalyst and reused catalyst, respectively. The COD removal rate can be further raised to 92.50% by using 10% MnOx-10%CeOx/γ-Al2O3 catalyst instead and Mn^3+ content in discharged water can be decreased to 2 mg/L.
