梨星毛虫性信息素的研究Ⅲ——性信息素分泌腺体形态结构的观察

摘　　要：采用扫描电镜及透射电镜技术对梨星毛虫成虫性信息素分泌腺体部位的外部形态及内部构造进行了研究。结果表明，该虫雌蛾性信息素分泌腺体是由两部分组成的。（１）翅部周缘上特化的深分叉的长鳞片；（２）腹部第３～６节背、腹板的皮细胞层散生的腺体单位，是由腺细胞和间细胞组成。This study deals with the morphology and cytology of the sex pheromone glands of Illiberis pruni using the methods of scanning electronmicroscope(SEM) and transmission electronmicroscope (TEM).Results showed that the female sex pheromone glands consist of two parts:(1)The special scales of the wings.The scales which are situated in the edge of the wings branch deeply.(2)The epidermal glands of the abdominal epidermis.The epidermal glands which are mainly situated in the epidermal cells layer of the tergums and sternums from the 3rd to 6th abdominal segments are isolated glandular units,each of which is composed of a gland cell and intercalary cells.
