茶色素胶囊对大鼠辅助调节血脂的研究

摘　　要：目的探讨茶色素胶囊3个不同剂量组对大鼠辅助调节血脂的影响。方法采用脂代谢紊乱模型观察其对大鼠血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯和高密度脂蛋白胆固醇水平的影响。结果茶色素胶囊剂量达675mg/kg、1350mg/kg时调节血脂结果阳性。结论茶色素胶囊对大鼠的辅助调节血脂有增强作用。Objective To explore the effect of tea pigment capsule on assisting to adjust blood-fat of rat in 3 different dosage groups. Method Observing the influence of tea pigment on the level of total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride （TG） and high density lipoprotein cholesterol （HDL-C） of the rats. Result The function of assisting to adjust blood-fat were enhanced in 675mg/kg dosage group and 1350mg/kg dosage group. Conclusion The tea pigment capsule can enhance to assist to adjust blood-fat of rats is positive.
