疏肝养阴法对特发性真性性早熟女孩卵巢容积的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察疏肝养阴法对特发性真性性早熟(ICPP)女孩卵巢容积的影响。方法:对42例肝郁阴虚型ICPP女孩予疏肝养阴中药口服,治疗时间为1年,比较治疗前后症状、体格变化以及卵巢容积的变化。结果:患儿治疗后,症状评分、乳核直径、卵巢容积均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.01)。结论:疏肝养阴中药能有效减慢ICPP女孩青春发育的速度,达到治疗目的。Objective：To observe the effect of dispersing the depressed liver-energy and nourishing livei-yin medicine on ovary cubage of idiopathic true precocious puberty （ ICPP ）girls. Method： 42 Cases of ICPP gids were taken dispersing the depressed liver-energy and nourishing liver-yin medicine. The course of treatment was one year. Then the signs, frame and ovary eubage after treatment were compared with those before treatment. Result ： After treatment the sign grade, nodule diameter and ovary cubage were markedly improved than those before treatment （P〈0.05）. Conclusion ： Dispersing the depressed liver-energy and nourishing Iiver-yin medicine could effectively slow the speed of youth growth of ICPP girls.
