固本保元浸膏敷脐对大鼠溃疡性结肠炎氧自由基及其清除作用的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究固本保元浸膏对溃疡性结肠炎治疗作用。方法:应用大鼠溃疡性结肠炎的模型,给予固本保元浸膏敷脐,观察固本保元浸膏(GE)对大鼠血液和组织中氧自由基清除能力。结果:研究表明,GE能提高血液和组织中SOD及GSH-Px活性,降低LPO的含量,与病理组比较有显著差异(P<0.01,P<0.001)。结论:固本保元浸膏具有抗自由基及其清除的能力。Objective ： To study the cure effect of Guben Baoyuan Extract on ulcerative clltis. Methods ： To observe the clearance capacity of GE to oxygen free radicals in rats＇ tissues and flood with GE dressing navel on UC rats model. Results ： To study showed that the activity of SOD, GSH-Px in rats＇ tissues and blood given GE were significantly higher than that of pathological group （ P〈0.01, P〈0.001 ） and the contents of LPO in rats＇ tissues and blood were significantly lower than that of pathological group （ P〈0.01, P〈0.001 ）. Conclusion ： The GE have anti-oxygen free radicals and the clearance capacity.
