摘　　要：针对现有发电厂继电保护整定计算软件在通用性和可扩展性方面的不足,分析了.Net智能客户端技术的特点及优越性,结合.Net平台的多项先进开发技术,提出了一种新的多层分布式发电厂继电保护整定计算与定值管理系统架构,具有功能完善、部署更新简单方便、易扩展并支持联机、脱机应用等特点。详细介绍了系统各项功能的实现及GDI+、插件技术、WWF(Windows Workflow Foundation)工作流技术、ADO.NET等关键技术的应用。To improve the deficiencies of practicability and expansibility in existing relay protection setting calculation software for power plant, the features and advantages of . Net smart client technology is discussed and with some advanced development technologies, a new architecture of multi - layer distributed relay protection setting caleulation and management system for power plant is proposed. The proposed system is easy to be deployed and expanded, and supports both on - line and off- line conditions. The functions of the system and some key technologies, such as GDI ＋ , Plug- in, WWF （Windows Workflow Foundation） and ADO.NET, are introduced.
