摘 要:种子园及其附近林分间的基因流动包括:种子园的花粉污染〔C〕和种子园对附近林分的花粉迁入〔I〕;该种子园的总体污染水平为Cg=28.25%,中心区与边缘区的花粉污染水平分别为Cc=21.07%,Cf=39.16%;附近林分的花粉迁入水平为I=35.07%。本种子园的污染水平与已有报道的其他树种的种子园污染水平相近。种子园花粉污染水平与附近人工林花粉迁入水平的差别说明:种子园对附近林分的影响大于附近林分对种子园的影响。A new formula to estimate pollen contamination level in seed orchards was presented based on tradtional migration model. With the help of isozyme marker, the gene flow between a Masson pine clonal seed orchard and a plantation near the orchard in Guigan, Guangxi was studied. The results showed that:the gene flow between the two population consisted as follows: the pollen contamination C in the seed orchard and the pollen immigration I into the plantation near the seed orchard. The general contamination level in the seed orchard was Cg =28 15%, the contamination level in the central blocks and the fringal blocks was Cc=21 07% and Cf =39.16%, respectively. The pollen immigration into the plantation was 35.07%. Compared with other well isolated seed orchards, the contamination level in the seed orchard was not too high. The difference between the contamination levlel in the seed orchard and the pollen immigrtation level into the plantation indicated that the seed orchard affected the plantation more than the latter that affected the former. The cause for the high contamination in the seed orchard and the corresponding resolution were also discussed.
