中山陵园风景名胜区游憩价值研究

摘　　要：风景名胜区的游憩价值评估是制定管理政策，协调利益相关者利益的基础。笔者运用费用支出法与支付意愿调查相结合的方法，估算出中山陵园风景名胜区的年游憩价值为15．940亿元，根据不同假设计算的游憩总价值现值在471．4亿元～7532．4亿元（折现率3．5％）。笔者认为游憩价值具有较大的不确定性，主要影响因素有游客数量、消费水平及时间价值。另外，游憩价值的外溢性及其与资产价值之间的关系对经济管理政策的制定有重要意义。It is the base of the policy making and benefits allocation to evaluate the value of tour resources of the scenic spots. The annual value of tour resources of the Dr. Sun Yat- sen＇s Mausoleum scenic spot has been estimated at 1. 594 0 billion RMB by combining ex- penditure method and contingent valuation method and its total present value is from 47.14 to 753.24 billion RMB on different assumes （at 3.5% of the discount rate）. The authors consider that the tour value is provided with a high uncertainty. The characteristics, major factors are tour person-time, tour expenditure and time value. This paper points out thatexamining the relationship between the externality of the tour value and the assets value has the economic and policy implications.
