摘　　要：用RP-HPLC法测定了对不同产地延胡索中延胡索乙素的含量。测定使用Kromasil C18色谱柱（200mm×4.6mm,5μm），以甲醇．0．1％磷酸溶液（用三乙胺调至pH6．09）（V：V，55：45）为流动相，流速为1．0mL／min，检测波长为280nm。该方法的线性范围是22．0～352．0μg／mL，平均回收率98．6％，RSD=0．4％（n=9）。该法可用于质量控制。The content of tetrabydropalmatine in Corydalis yanhusuo W.T. Wang from different habitats was determined by RPHPLC method. A kromasil Cls column （200 mm× 4.6 mm,5μm） was used with the mobile phase consisting of methanol - 0.1% phosphoric acid （with pH value adjusted to 6.09 with triethylamine） （ V： V = 55：45） .The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^- 1, and the detection wavelength was set at 280 nm. The linear range for detection of tetrabydmpalmatine was 22.0 - 352.0μg · mL^-1 （r = 0. 999 9 ）. The average recovery rate of the method was 98.6% ,with RSD =0.4%（n=9）.The method can be used for the control over quality of Corydalis yanhusuo W.T. Wang and for comparing the content of tetrabydropalmatine originated from different habitats.
