摘　　要：以分析油箱上体工艺特性和设计其低熔点合金拉伸模具结构为例,论述了低熔点合金材料的特点,介绍了低熔点合金模具的特点及其在板料冲压工艺中的应用,指出了模具设计应注意的问题。Through analyzing on the upper part of oil box and the design of the drawing die structure,the characteristics of the low melting point alloy were described,and discussed the characteristics of low melting point alloy die and the application in plate materical drawing process, the attention problems of die design were pointed out.
