摘 要:目的优选圆背角无齿蚌中有效组分的最佳提取工艺。方法选用L9(34)正交试验,以水提次数、醇沉体积分数、盐溶的氯化钠质量浓度为因素进行比较,对影响圆背角无齿蚌中有效组分的提取工艺进行优选。采用硫酸-苯酚法和凯氏定氮法测定含糖量和含氮量。以综合加权评分法比较实验结果。结果最佳提取工艺为在4℃以下用4倍蒸馏水量,提取1次,醇沉时的乙醇体积分数为70%,盐析的氯化钠溶液质量浓度为8%。结论优选的圆背角无齿蚌中有效组分的提取工艺可行。Objective To optimize the extraction of effectve constituent from Woodiana anatonta. Methods L9(3^4) Orthogonal test was used with three factors, including times of water extracting, concentration of ethanol precipitation, and concentration of sodium chloride. The contents of polysaccharides and glycoprotein was determined by sulphoacid-phenol and testing nitrogen. The test results were compared by comprehensire weighted score. Results The optimum technology was: once of water extraction by four-fold amount of distilled water at 4 ℃, the concentration of sodium chloride to 8%, the concentration of ethanol precipitation to 70%. Conclusion The optimal extraction method for effective constituents in W. anatonta is feasibile.
