摘　　要：本文详细分析了JIT管理思想,介绍了在汽车制造业中的准时制生产控制和物流管理的实施,并根据射频技术的原理,阐述了RFID在供应链管理中的应用优势和制约因素;最后指出了我国以汽车制造和自动识别技术为代表的准时制管理在现代制造业中的应用模式。The paper analyses the concept of JIT （Just-in-Time） management. Also, the paper introduces the JIT producing control and the implementation of supply disposal management. Moreover, based on the RFID （Radio Frequency IDentification） technology, the thesis provides the benefits and restrictions by using RFID in Supply Chain management, At the end, the thesis gives JIT management applied module, which significantly present in Automotive Manufacturing and Automatic Identification Manufacture （AIM） area, in modern manufactory field.
