摘　　要：目的:观察新体380Ag宫内节育器的临床避孕效果。方法:对要求放置宫内节育器避孕的妇女705例放置新体380Ag宫内节育器,术后15天、1、3、6、12月随访。结果:置器满1年的705例妊娠率、脱落率、因症取出率和续用率分别为每百妇女0.00、2.02、2.00和96.31。结论:新体380Ag宫内节育器使用安全,避孕效果可靠,适于在临床推广应用。Objective： To observe the clinical contraceptive effects of Nova T380Ag Intrauterine Device（IUD）. Methods： 705 women who asked for contraception by IUD were inserted in Nova T 380Ag IUD after menstruation within 7 days. Follow - up survey was carried out after IUD insertion of 15 days and 3,6,12 months. Results： The cumulative pregnancy rates, expulsion rates, removal rates and continuation rates were 0. 00 ,2. 02 ,2. 00 and 3.97 per hundred women, respectively, in one year. Conclusion： It is recommended to extend NovaT 380Ag IUD for clinical application because of its safety and effectiveness for contraception.
