摘 要:目的探讨提高护理科研水平的管理方法。方法2006年成立了护理科研管理小组,建立健全了各项管理制度,实行科研目标管理,加强护理骨干科研训练,抓好学术论文管理,加强在职护士护理科研基础知识培训。结果2005年度与2006年度论文发表率及核心期刊发表率比较,P〈0.01,差异有统计学意义。结论有效的科研管理制度,可促进护理科研工作的发展,培养护理科研骨干力量,提高护士论文写作技能,强化情报意识,提高科研创新性。To explore the management measures for improving the level of nursing scientific research. Methods The management group for nursing scientific research was organized in 2006, and the management systems were established and perfected, including research objective management, nursing scientific research backbone training, academic paper management, and basic nursing scientific research knowledge training. Results There were significant differences in both article publication rate ,n and core journal publication rate between the years of 2005 and 2006 (P^0. 01). Conclusions Effective scientific research management system can promote the development of nursing scientific research work and the backbone training for nursing scientific research, improve the article writing skills of nurses, strengthen their information awareness, and enhance their scientific research and innovation capability.
