摘 要:目的:研究不同地区半夏居群鸟苷、总生物碱和单株产量,比较分析其差异,初步筛选出半夏优良类型。方法:将不同地区半夏种质栽培于同一生境下,采用反向高效液相色谱法测定鸟苷含量,分光光度计法测定生物碱含量,SPSS分析软件处理分析实验结果。结果:测得半夏鸟苷和生物碱含量分别为0.013 6%~0.026 4%和0.015 5%~0.065 2%。单株产量为0.553 6~2.974 0 g。经聚类分析将半夏居群分为3类。结论:不同地区半夏居群间的单株产量、鸟苷和生物碱含量存在显著的差异,应加强第II类型类群的选育工作。To analyze the content of guanosine, total alkaloid and individual yield of Pinellia ternata from different populations in China and evaluate its quality. Method: Reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used to determine the content of guanosine. The content of alkaloid was determined by ultra violet spectrophometry. The results were analyzed by SPSS software. Result: The contents of guanosine and total alkaloid in P. ternat~ were 0. 0.13 6%-0. 026 4% and 0. 015 5%-0. 065 2% respectively. Individual yield was 0. 553 6-2. 974 0 g. All of the popuations could be classified into 3 types through hierarchical cluster analysis. Conclusion: There exist significant differences in the content of guanosine, total content of alkaloid and individual yield of P. ternata from different populations. It is suggested that breeding and selection for type II of P. ternata should be strengthened.
