摘  要:目的:通过对12种大孔吸附树脂筛选,寻找适用于分离精制逍遥丸的树脂种类及方法。方法:以芍药苷、柴胡皂苷A、阿魏酸、甘草酸的静态、动态吸附量和脱附率为指标大范围筛选树脂,通过单因素试验确定分离精制逍遥丸的优选操作条件。结果:D-101-1树脂具有较好的吸附性能和解吸效果。吸附完全后,先以水洗脱,除去杂质,再收集50%及70%乙醇洗脱液,药材与树脂(干重)的比例为5∶1。结论:D-101-1树脂综合性能良好,适用于逍遥丸的分离精制。To search for the method used in refining Xiaoyao Pill by macmpomus adsorption resin, 12 types of macroporous adsorption resin were optimized. Method: Static and dynamic adsorption test and de-adsorption test were carried out to screen the best macmpomus resin. The single factor test was applied to optimize the manipulation parameters of macmpomus resin. Result: The macmpomus resin D-101-1 possessed the strongest adsorption ability, in addition to an easy de-adsorption property. Conclusion: The D-101-1 type macmnomus adsomtion resin shows better comnrehensive adsomtion propertv. It is available for the refine Xiaoyao Pill.
