摘　　要：针对包钢高炉使用整铸双螺旋铸铜风口中套存在的问题,作出了高炉双螺旋铜板帽风口中套的设计新方案,其主要参数为:供水压力0.785 MPa,流量21 m^3/h,尖端环路水速为8.33 m/s,泡态沸腾状态下局部熔损热流为8271×10~4 kJ/(m^2·h)。采用此中套不仅能满足包钢高炉冶炼含氟铁矿石的要求,同时也能满足我国其他高炉强化冶炼的需要。In order to eliminate the shortcomings existing in the cast tuyeres used in Baotou Iron andSteel Co.,a new design for the intermediate jacket with double spiral and copper plate head forthe tuyere was introduced.Its main parameters are as follows:water pressure 0.785 MPa,waterflow rate 21 m^3/h,water velocity at nose 8.33 m/s and worn-out local heat flow 8271×10~4 kJ/(m^2·h).The intermediate jacket is suitable not only for the blast furnace operated with fluorine-bearing iron ore as in Baotou Co.,but also for the BFs,to be hard-driven.
