摘　　要：通过回顾腰椎间盘突出症的定义及病因病理,指出由于把症状体征、影像资料孤立看待,以及对相关疾病的鉴别不清才导致临床诊治的误区。探讨腰椎间盘突出症临床误诊误治的原因及对策,认为只有把临床症状体征和影像资料结合分析才能作出正确诊断和治疗。The mistakes in clinical diagnosis and treatment due to dealing with symptoms, signs and imaging data in isolation, and unclear differentiation of relative diseases are found by reviewing definition and cause of disease and pathogenesis of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc, so as to probe into mistakes and countermeasures in diagnosis and treatment of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc. Only combined analysis of clinical symptoms, signs and imaging data, can correct diagnosis and treatment be made.
