摘  要:通过建立带式输送机减速器轴承故障模拟装置,利用基于共振解调技术的滚动轴承故障诊断系统,解决了由于轴承型号繁杂导致特征频率难以计算的问题,很好诊断出轴承故障,解决了减速器轴承损伤类故障,在故障早期引起的周期性冲击振动信号比较弱,很难直接从频谱图中识别出轴承故障特征的问题。Establishing the device for simulating the malfunction of bearing of reducer in belt conveyor,the paper resolved the problem that is difficult to accurately calculate the characteristic frequency due to various bearing model by the system for resolving the malfunction of rolling bearing on the basis of syntony demodulation technique,thus the bearing malfunction was diagnosed preciously and lossy malfunction of bearing was resolved.Periodical impact vibration signal occurring in the early course of malfunction was weak,which was difficultly applied to identify the characteristic of malfunction of bearing from frequency spectrum chart.
