摘　　要：本文介绍安阳钢铁公司15t转炉炼钢挖潜的实践。通过加强精料、计量检测和信息处理、工序配套、标准化操作和稳定生产,推广和开发应用技术、开发配套技术、推行科学管理,推进了科技进步。1987年以来,生产能力连续两年每年提高20%以上,在挖潜的道路上探索前进。The practice for tapping potential capacity of 15t converte(?)s at Anyang Iron & Steel Co.isdescribed in this paper.By bettering raw matcrial preparation,monitoring weighing and informationprocessing,coordination of different production steps in the process,standardization and stabilizaingoperation,developing and adoptingf new techniques and furthering scientific management,the pro-ductive copacity of 15t converters have been improved by 20% per year successively since 1987.
