摘　　要：目前,新疆就业供需总量的矛盾日益突出。下岗人员再就业率愈来愈低,农村富裕人员转移就业需求愈来愈大,大中专毕业生尤其少数民族毕业生就业选择愈来愈窄,成了新疆就业最突出的问题。要积极开发就业岗位;要积极引导正确的就业观念;要动员全社会参予就业工作,开创新疆就业工作的良性循环局面。AT present, the problems of employment supply and demand becomes more prominent： low rate of the re-employment of laid-off workers, a larger supply of surplus rural farmers, narrower channels of university graduates and ethnic minority graduates in particular, etc. it is thus imperative that more employment posts be set up, a correct concept of employment be instilled, and more people be called on to be involved in employment undertakings.
