摘　　要：文化市场监管必须与构建和谐社会联系起来,自觉地把行政执法工作上升到构建和服务于和谐社会建设,把行政执法工作融入到和谐社会建设这个大背景下,在这种历史背景和时代潮流下,和谐执法必将成为新时期文化市场监管中主流的执法模式。The monitoring of cultural market must be combined with constructing a harmonious society, so that administrative, enforcement can consciously move on at the level of constructing and serving the harmonious society and the administrative enforcement undertakings can be merged into harmonious society construction. Against this background, a harmonious enforcement will become the mode of monitoring cultural market in the new era.
