摘　　要：建立、健全现代农业经营制度能为现代农业发展提供重要的制度保障。依据现代农业的基本特征,我国发展现代农业面临着小规模分散经营与市场化、产业化、集约化经营的主要矛盾。完善土地家庭经营制、发展农民专业合作组织及发展现代股份公司经营型农业企业,同时做好配套机制的建设,将有力推进我国现代农业的发展。Setting up and perfecting modem agricultural management system can offer important system guarantee for modern agricultural development. According to the basic feature of modem agriculture, our country is confronted with the main contradiction between small-scale scattering management and marketization, industrialization and intensification management in developing modem agriculture. Improving the household management of land, developing farmer＇s professional cooperation association, and constructing related mechanism well will enhance the development of modem agriculture of our country effectively.
