摘　　要：结合河北省廊坊市香榭郦舍小区这一实际工程,探讨低层联排式住宅小区的规划布局方式和建筑设计特点。通过对本案的深入分析,特别是在低层联排式住宅小区的总体规划中实施院落式空间布局的可行性进行了探讨,总结出院落式空间布局对营造住区归属感以及人性化设计的重要作用,并扼要地介绍了部分住宅单体设计方案的构思及其建成后的实际使用效果。The paper discusses the layout and design characteristics of low-rise high density dwelling house, integrated with the case of ＂Champs Elysees Garden＂ in Langfang, Hebei Province. By analyzing the feasibility of courtyard space in general planning of residence district emphatically, it concludes the importance of creating community attachment and humanized living space design, and presents a number of apartments＇ design conception and the actual effect after being built.
