摘  要:斜巷提升运输事故在矿井各类事故中占有很大比例,事故造成的损失也较大。文章用人—机—环境系统安全评价的基本方法——故障树分析法,对引发斜井提升运输中的典型事故——跑车事故的各种潜在因素进行系统分析,并从人、机、环境三方面进行控制,为矿山企业制定预防和控制该类事故发生的措施提供参考。The accident that occurs during the inclined shaft hoisting conveyance occupies very large proportion in all kinds of accidents in mine, and the losses caused by the accidents are relatively great. FAT (Failure Analysis Approach) is the basic method for assessing the man machine-environment system, which was applied to make systematic analysis to each potential factors existing the typical accident in the inclined shaft hoisting conveyance -tramcar accident, and person, machine and environment were controlled simultaneity, which can offers conference for mineral enterprise to make measures against such accidents.
