摘 要:试验台测试数据采集的准确度直接关系到钢丝绳与衬垫高速摩擦学性能。为了提高钢丝绳与衬垫高速摩擦试验台数据采集的可靠性,笔者将传感器、信号采集与转换、数值计算与模拟、计算机应用等技术融为一体,开发了一套集数据采集、数据存储与串行通讯等功能于一体的数据采集系统,详细介绍了下位机硬件实现和上位机软件设计。利用该系统可以绘制速度及摩擦系数随时间的变化曲线。The data collecting accuracy directly relates to the properties of high velocity friction between wire rope and liner. In order to improve the reliability of the data collected from the high-velocity friction between wire rope and liner, the technology of sensor, data collection and conversion, data calculation and simulation and computer application were applied to develop a set of data collection system which integrated the data collection and storage as well as tandem communication etc. the paper detailedly introduced the hardware configuration of the lower-position computer and the software design of the upper-position computer. The variation curve between the velocity and the friction coefficient can be plotted with the system.
