摘 要:在蛋白质水平上对内蒙古不同生境条件下生长的扁蓿豆的遗传多样性进行了研究。结果表明,内蒙古地区扁蓿豆的蛋白质多样性程度较高;同一种或种下分类单位,由于材料来源不同所表现的基本蛋白图谱与地理分布有关,基本上与草地区划中的地段相吻合,因此在以后进行材料收集时应以地段为单位进行,而在地形单元和植被组合变化较大的地段需要配合地片进行;种子贮藏蛋白在不同的分类单位中表现出较高的同源性,因此可以做为进化标志,而不适用于扁蓿豆的种和品种的鉴定;形态变异与蛋白质的多样性并不相关。所有供试材料种在同一生境下,形态变异幅度较蛋白质大。The study of genetic diversity is of theoritical and realistic significance. In the paper genetic diversity of the different materials of Melilotoides ruthenica which grow in different habitats in Inner Mongolia were studied using protein electrophoresis. The results show that: 1. The protein polymorphism of M. ruthenica is high in Inner Mongolia region. 2. The zymographs of the same species or taxa which come from different areas are related to the geographic distribution and it corresponds with the sectors in the grassland division. Therefore we should collect the materials according to the sectors, but in the sector where has more divergent habitats, the work should be done according to the subsectors. 3. Seed protein possesses high homogeneous property among different taxa, so it can be used for the study of the origin and evoluation of the species, but it can not apply to the variety identification. 4. The morphological variations do not have correlation with the protein polymorphism. The range of variations in morphology is bigger than that in protein.
