豌豆根瘤菌优良菌种筛选及应用的研究

摘　　要：介绍了豌豆根瘤菌优良菌种ＡＣＣＣ１６１０１、ＡＣＣＣ１６１０２、ＡＣＣＣ１６１０３、ＡＣＣＣ１６１０６和ＡＣＣＣ１６１０８等菌株的生理生化特性、共生固氮性能、田间接种效果及大面积应用情况。苕子和豌豆接种根瘤菌产草量提高２０％～９８．８％，产籽量提高２８％～７０％。In this article the biological and biochemical characteristics of desirable Leguminosarum Frank rhizobial strains ACCC16101, ACCC16102, ACCC16103, ACCC16106 and ACCC16108, their symbiotic nitrogen-fixing capacity, field inoculation effect and some information as to their application in a large-area scale are briefly introduced. The forage yield of inoculated Vicia Villosa and Pisum Sativum L. has increased by 20%～ 98.8%, and the grain yield increased by 28%～70%.
