摘 要:以金柑总黄酮为原料,采用阿托品建立抑制胃肠吸收的动物模型,探讨不同产地(湖南浏阳、江西遂川)与不同剂量(160mg/kg、80 mg/kg、20 mg/kg)的金柑总黄酮对小鼠胃排空、小肠推进率和小肠吸收功能的影响.结果表明:与模型对照组比,两个高剂量组的小鼠胃酚红排空、小肠酚红推进率和对木糖的吸收具有极显著的影响(P<0.01),两个中剂量组有显著影响(P<0.05),两个低剂量组无显著影响.In order to study the effects of kumquat total flavone on the absorption function of mice's stomach and intestine, some function model for mice's stomach and intestine absorption was made by atropine. Effects of kumquat flavone on the small intestine absorption function, on the rate of movement in the small intestine and on the rate of vacuation in the stomach, of mice, by different local kumquats (Hunan Liuyang and Jiangxi Suichuan ) and different doses (160 mg/kg, 80 mg/kg, 20 mg/kg), were measured and analyzed. Results show that compared with the model group, the two big-dose groups (160 mg/kg) have greatly remarkable effects on the small intestine absorption to xylose, on the rate of phenol red movement in the small intestine and phenol red vacuation in the stomach (P〈0. 01), that the two mid-dose groups (80 mg/kg) also have remarkable effects (P〈0.05), but that the two low-dose groups have no remarkabl effects.
