珍珠长毛兔的选育研究

摘　　要：自 70年代末期开始进行了提高长毛兔粗毛率和产毛量的选育研究 ,旨在培育出成年体重在 50 0 0 g以上 ,粗毛率 2 0 %以上 ,年产毛量在 1 2 0 0 g以上的优质粗毛型长毛兔。本研究采用提纯复壮的本地饲养的优良长毛兔为母本 ,德系长毛兔和唐行长毛兔为父本 ,采用三元杂交、多次选育、阶段育种、自群繁殖五个世代 ,培育出了国内外优秀粗毛型长毛兔 - -珍珠长毛兔。该兔遗传性能稳定、适应性和抗病力强 ;体型大 ,外貌一致 ,成年兔体重平均 52 39g,体长55.9cm;产毛量和粗毛率高 ,年产毛量 1 42 0 g,粗毛率 2 2 .2 % ,毛品质优良 ,各项物理性能指标均达国标 ,符合毛纺工业要求 ;繁殖力高 ,年产 4～ 5窝 ,胎产活仔数 7.2 8只 ,成活率达到 98%。Zhenzhu Angora Rabbit,a superior coarse wool rabbit in home and abroad,was bred with the selected lacal raise angora rabbit and Germany and Tanghung rabbits as dose and male,respectively,in the methods oftribasic cross breeding,multiple selection,the stage breeding and inter se breeding.It possess- es characteristics of stable genetic property,high adaption and resistance,identi- ty offeature and big shape with the adult s averages weight52 0 0 g.Ithas a high- er wool output and coarse wool rate with the annual wool output1 42 0 g and the coarse wool rate2 2 .2 % .The wool qualities are excellent,reach all indexes of the national standard in physical properties and meet the requirements of textile techonology.It has a higher productivity with4～ 5birthes in a year,with thelitter size and the survival rate are 7.2 8and 98% respectively.
