摘  要:目的探讨经后路植入椎体间可撑开螺纹融合器PLIF及弹性椎弓根内固定系统BIOFLEX对腰椎失稳症治疗的临床效果。方法对132例腰椎失稳症患者采用后路椎管及神经根管减压,BIOFLEX椎弓根系统固定并椎间植入PLIF手术治疗。结果132例术后随访8~23个月,平均15个月,未发现椎间植骨不融合情况,术后优良率97.7%。结论经后路植入椎体间螺纹融合器PLIF及弹性椎弓根内固定系统BIOFLEX符合弹性固定的观念,满足生物力学的要求,更加安全可靠,它克服了传统椎间融合术的许多不足,大大减少了术后并发症,提高了腰椎失稳症的治疗效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of posterior intervertebral fusion with stretchable pedicle screws fixation (Bioflex) and distensible cage (PLIF) for treatment of the instability of the lumbar spine. Methods Posterior lumber decompression and one segment or two fixation with Bioflex and interbody fusion with PLIF cages were used to treat the mechanical instability of the lumbar spine in 132 patients. Results The postoperative follow-up time was 15 months on average (range 8 to 23 months) in 132 patients. There was no fusion failure in interbody of lumbar vertebrae and the excellent and good rate was 97.7 %. Conclusion The posterior approach of lumbar interbody fusion with gioflex pedicle screws and PLIF cages can better accord with the idea of elastic fixation and the idea of biomechanics. The operation is safer and more reliable. This method overcomes some shortcomings of traditional techniques of interbody fusion. It reduces the incidence rate of complication and improves clinical efficacy of treatment of lumbar instability.
