清肾汤治疗原发性肾小球性血尿免疫调节作用分析

摘　　要：目的观察清肾汤治疗原发性肾小球性血尿的临床疗效及其对免疫方面的影响,并探讨其作用机理。方法将78例原发性肾小球性血尿患者随机分为2组,治疗组40例采用清肾汤加减中药汤剂口服,对照组38例,西医常规治疗。结果治疗组治疗前后比较,IgG、IgA、IgM及补体C3的变化均有显著性差异(P<0.01;P<0.05)。而对照组治疗前后均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后两组比较,对降低血IgG、IgA、IgM含量,提高血C3水平,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.01;P<0.05)。结论清肾汤在改善血尿的同时,能够纠正低补体血症以及调节免疫球蛋白,治疗原发性肾小球性血尿。Objective To approach the clinical effect and the immune regulating function of purifying kidney decoction in treating primary glomerular hematuria. Methods seventy-eight eases were divided into therapy group and control group randomly, and 40 cases in therapy group, purifying kidney decoction, 100 mL bid oral; 38 cases in control group, routine therapy with west medicine. Results The decoction could rectify the low serous alexin syndrome, and modulate immunoglobin in therapy group, there was obvious differences between two groups（P 〈 0.01, P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion The decoction can rectify the low serous alexin syndrome, modulate immunoglobin in therapy group, and may improve the renal function.
