摘 要:英语语言消费是指人们围绕英语语言学习展开的消费活动。它是市场经济的产物,受英语语言市场价值的调节,并影响到英语语言势力、英语语言学习态度。面对目前的英语语言消费现象,我们应该把握机遇、正确引导人们的消费行为,并汲取英语语言传播中值得借鉴的经验,敢革英语教学,并将母语教学、普通话推广纳入市场体系。English language consumption refers to the consumer activities centered on English language learning. This product of market economy is regulated by the market value of English language and may influence the power of the language and the attitude of the language learners. Confronted with such a situation,we are supposed to seize the opportunity,guide consumer behavior,draw on the experience of English propagation, revamp English teaching, and bring Chinese teaching and putonghua popularization into the market system.
