摘  要:本文测定微合金化中碳钢,经控轧控冷实验后的各项力学性能及先共析铁素体量(fa)、平均尺寸(d_a)、自由程(λ_α)和珠光体片层间距(S_0)。根据实验数据,以数理统计方法研究了中碳钢力学性能、组织参量、微合金化元素和控轧控冷工艺参数之间关系,得到了一些表述它们之间定量关系的估计式,并探讨控轧控冷微合金化中碳钢的强韧化机制。The experimental results of controlled rolling and controlled cooling of medium carbon ste-els are summarized in this paper.Various mechanical properties,the amount f_2, the mean inter-cept d_α and the free path λ_α of proeutectoid ferrite,and the interlamellar space of pearlite S_(?) we-re measured;the quantitative relations between the mechanical properties and microalloying,tec-hnical parameters of controlled rolling and controlled cooling,and also the quantitative relati-ons between the microstructure and these three factors were studied by statistical treatment,so-me quantitative expressions relating them were formulated.The strengthening and tougheningmechanisms of these microalloyed steels after controlled rolling and oontrolled cooling were alsoexplored.
