住肉孢子虫缓殖子抗原分离方法的研究

摘　　要：用捣碎＋蛋白酶消化或玻璃珠振荡处理水牛食道肌，分离住肉孢子虫缓殖子之后，经ｐｅｒｃｏｏｌ或５０—８０％蔗糖梯度离心纯化，缓殖子回收率可达３０％以上。Esophageal muscles with cysts of Sarcocyst cruzi were taken from buffalo in a slaughter house ground and digested in proteinase or vibrated with glass beads for isolation of bradyzoite. The isolated materials were then treated with percoll or 50-80% sugar gradient centrifugation. It was found,more the 30% of the bradyzoite antigen with a purity of over 95% could be recovered in this way.
