摘  要:SP-96为一种具有重要生理活性物质的营养添加剂。在产蛋鸭饲料中添加一定剂量的SP-96营养添加剂,存活率提高3.97百分点;产蛋率提高3.33百分点;蛋增重3.65克/个;全蛋水分下降1.8百分点;蛋黄水分下降3.18百分点;粗蛋白量提高0.5百分点;粗脂肪量提高1.92百分点;蛋清中17种氨基酸(含7种必需氨基酸)含量增加;全蛋灰分高出0.008百分点;蛋清中锌含量提高0.1毫克/千克,锰含量下降0.1毫克/千克,钴。P-96 is a nutritional additive with important physiological activities.An experiment was carried out with the check group (without SP-96) and the trial group (adding a certain dose of SP-96 to the feed of egg-laying duck).The results showed that a. the survival rate,egg-laying rate,coarse protein weight,coarse fat weight and ash content of a whole egg increased by 3.97%,3.33%,0.5%,1.92% and 0.008%,and water content of a whole egg as well as of yolk decreased by 1.8% and 3.18% in the trial group,respectively ,compared with those in the check group;b.in the trial group,the egg weight and zinc content in egg white were 3.65 g/each and 0.1mg/kg higher than,and manganese content in egg white was 0.1mg/kg lower than those in check group,respectively; c. each kind of amino acid,especially 7 necessary amino acids in egg white obviously increased in the trial group;and d.there was no difference between the two groups in terms of cobalt and selenium content in egg white.
