摘 要:本文介绍了用全磁精矿进行低温烧结的工业试验和生产实践。该低温烧结矿主要胶结相为针状铁酸钙,约占30%以上(其结构以交织结构和反应残余结构为主),按其成分,相当于铁酸半钙,是 SiO_2-Fe_2O_3-CaO-A国_2O_3(SFCA)复杂固溶体,FeO 为9%左右。因此,还原性能明显改善,还原度提高3~16%,其烧结温度低于1300℃,每吨烧结矿燃耗为46~50 kg 标煤,与基准期比较,节约煤7~9 kg/t_铁,高炉冶炼效果良好,节焦3~14 kg/t_铁,生铁产量提高4~9%。This paper deals with industrial test and production practice of magnetite concentrate sinter-ing at low-temperature at Tianjin Ironmaking Plant.The sinter produced contains large amountof acicular calcium ferrite,usually over 30% in volume,which is the major bonding phase of thesinter.The acicular calcium ferrite is approximately the same semi-calcium ferrite in chemicalcomposition and is also a complex solid solution of SiO_2-Fe_2O_3-CaO-Al_2O_3(SFCA).The sinter ispredominated by micro-textures of interweaving and reaction relict.Its reducibility has improvedgreatly,reducibility increased by 3-16% FeO about 9%.Since the sintering temperature is below1300℃,its fuel consumption is about 46-50 kg coal equivalent per ton of sinter,is 7-9 kg lessthan that in normal practice.Satisfactory results have also been obtained in blast furnace proc-ess,the coke rate decreases by 3-14 kg per ton of hot metal and the pig iron production increasesby 4-9%,compared with normal practice.
