摘　　要：高效液相色谱是拆分手性药物的重要手段。简要介绍了不同的手性流动相添加剂及其拆分机理,综述了2000年以来高效液相色谱手性流动相拆分法在分离药物对映体中的应用。The high performance liquid chromatographic is an important means for the separation of drug enantiomers. This review introduces some different chiral mobile phase additives and presents the application of chiral mobile phase additive method for the separation of enantiomers with HPLC.
