摘　　要：以三氯化磷与异丙醇为原料，用溶剂法合成了标题化合物。研究了缚酸剂碱、溶剂和温度对反应的影响，发现在缚酸剂碳酸钾的存在下，在石油醚（30-60℃）中可以得到纯度99％以上的亚磷酸二异丙酯，收率73％；在通氮气的条件下，收率可达87％。Diisopropyl phosphite was directly synthesized from phosphorus trichoride and isopropanol by using the solvent method. The effects of base, solvent and reaction temperature on the ester yield were studied. In the presence of base, the purity of the target product could exceed 99 % and the yield could reach 87%.
