摘 要:随着国内专家学者对环境影响评价的深入研究,出现很多环境影响评价的方法。城镇市政设施投资项目环境影响综合后评价是一个大的系统工程,现有的环境影响评价的方法不能有效地进行评价,针对此现状,利用物元分析的原理建立城镇市政设施投资项目环境影响综合后评价等级的评价模型,进行关联函数的计算,把环境影响综合后评价等级评定由定性转为定量,并以将物元分析应用到实例中,评价结果证明,该方法是一种可操作的环境影响综合后评价的方法。Along with the thorough research of domestic experts for the environmental impact assessment, many methods were put forward. Environmental impact comprehensive post-assessment for town's municipal establishment investing projects is a big systems engineering, and the existing methods used for environmental impact assessment can't carry on the assessment effectively. In view of the current situation, the principle of matter element analysis is utilized to establish the assessment model of environmental impact comprehensive post-assessment's grade, the related function is computed. And then the grade of environmental impact comprehensive post-assessment can be translated from qualitative to quantificational. And also the matter ele- ment analysis is used in practical example. The assessment results prove that the method is exercisable in environmental impact comprehensive post-assessment.
