摘　　要：应用生态分析的方法,以浙江慈溪县级市为例,分析了其在经济发展的同时所带来的生态环境问题,进而提出以规划管理为中心的对策,包括明确城镇体系,发展第三产业,建立工业区块,推进农业产业化和发展集约型居住区。The authors used mathoed of ecology anylysis, with the example of Cixi,analyzed the ecology problem in the economy development. Therefore some countermeasures which according to town planning are brought forword including clear the system of a town,develop the third industry,costruct industrial estate, boost the industrialization of agriculture and extend economized residential area.
